UMJ received a visit and collaborated with Muhammadiyah University Aceh (UNMUHA) , in the Chancellor's Room, Civilization Center Building , Friday (20/10/23).

The collaboration was formalized by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the Chancellor of UMJ Prof. Dr. Ma'mun Murod, M.Si., and UNMUHA Chancellor Dr. Aslam Nur, MA The agreed collaboration as an implementation of Catur Dharma covers the fields of education, research, Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK), and student exchanges.
"This collaboration covers Catur Dharma, because we are within the PTMA (Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah College) environment. "Of course, we also hope that there will be collaborative research to support higher education accreditation," said Ma'mun.
Ma'mun added that PTMA needs to have synergy in advancing Muhammadiyah. "We are talking about the development of Muhammadiyah in Jakarta and Aceh. We must have the same spirit as carrying out other collaborations," said Ma'mun when asked for information after the meeting.
Ma'mun was accompanied by Deputy Chancellor I Dr. Muhammad Hadi, S.Kp., M.Kep together with the Head of the International Affairs Office (KUI) Dr. Endang Zakaria, MH., received the arrival of the UNMUHA Chancellor and the Head of the General Administration Bureau, Dr. Nuzulman, SE, M.Sc., and the Independent Campus Learning Team (MBKM) Zulkifli Umar, SE, M.Si.
Nuzulman said that this visit was very meaningful and valuable in building ties between universities within PTMA. Nuzulman hopes that the results of this collaboration will soon be followed up by the Faculty in the form of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
